SHIPPING POLICY

WildPath Survival Co. currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, costs, and eligibility are displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before payment.

• Free Economy Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

• Economy and Standard shipping options may be available based on the order’s weight, products, and destination.

• Any shipping charge shown at checkout is the final applicable shipping charge for that order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Products may be fulfilled by different U.S.-based supplier locations. Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, carrier, weekends, and holidays.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided after purchase are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high demand may require additional time.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different suppliers. Products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment. Customers will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount accepted at checkout.

TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking activity may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, an address change might not be possible. WildPath Survival Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

DELIVERY AREAS AND RESTRICTIONS

Some products or suppliers may not deliver to every U.S. address, including certain PO boxes, military addresses, territories, or remote locations. Checkout availability determines whether an order can be shipped to the selected address.

International shipping is not currently available.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, peak-season volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. We will assist with available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If tracking shows that a package is lost, or if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page at wildpathsurvivalco.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.

Include your order number and, when applicable, clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage. Keep all packaging and the item while the claim is being reviewed.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice. Then contact the shipping carrier and notify us promptly so we can review the available information.
